Distractions

Life is distracting.

You make plans and then the circumstances change so you have to change your plans, and then you get curve balls that you have to adjust for. Life sure isn’t easy.

In the middle of getting ready to move, my mother-in-law’s health is precarious. I’ve sent the wife home to be with her mom and sister. With an impending surgery, both my wife and her sister felt they should be there. So, this week it is me and the kids, and I just am not getting a lot of things accomplished.

On a good note, the new house is underway. The only thing in question right now is whether or not we will have to rent for a month or two or move straight in. Our hope is to move straight in, but in the meantime, I have to look for a place to rent in order to be prepared. Not a lot of fun.

Sorry it has been so long in between communiques, its just that life is so distracting and there have been other priorities lately.
